Note to Dr Ware's Patients

For the last 8 years it has been a joy and a privilege to consult from Mt Evelyn Medical Surgery and serve the community here. MEMS has felt like my professional home ever since my first rotation here as a registrar in 2016. Frankly, I never thought I would leave, so it is with a touch of sadness that I am letting you know that I will be winding up at MEMS in Dec 2026.

My family are embarking on a new adventure and moving to Tasmania. It is bittersweet to leave both professional and personal roots in Victoria but we are confident that this is the right decision, at the right time, for our family.

I hope to get a chance to say goodbye to many of you over the next couple of months and I can commend the other GPs consulting from MEMS to you, for all your medical needs. I am confident in their commitment to excellence and quality patient care. Feel free to chat to me about who might be a good fit for your care needs.
